**Your day to day**
InterContinental Adelaide is looking for a Club Lounge Team Leader to support our Club InterContinental operations. Accessed exclusively by our Club guests, our lounge provides an intimate and elevated space, and luxury food & beverage offering.

Supported by the Club Lounge Supervisor, you’ll assist to lead the food and beverage Club Lounge operations to ensure luxury service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience.

You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.
- **Leadership** - supervise day-to-day activities of the Club Lounge department, communicate objectives, and schedule/assign work
- **Communication** - Communicate effectively to clients, the team and other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- **Training** - Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
- **Create a positive culture** - promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- **Flexibility** - Willing to flex and support other areas of the business as needed.
- **Health & Safety** - You'll ensure compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements.

**What we need from you**
- Dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality
- At least 1 year experience within a Food & Beverage or Front Office environment, preferably within a hotel
- Detail orientated
- Look smart - wear your uniform with pride
- Flexible - work on a rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- Meet the legal requirement to work in this country
