**Position Summary**:

- Supervise the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
- Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
- Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor empowering and supporting your team
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

- Relevant experience in a managerial role
