**Your new role**
This is achieved by developing and maintaining data quality and integration, developing solutions, providing technical assistance and bridging the gap between business expectations, system design and customer experience.
- Develop and design solutions to facilitate integration, automation, data mapping and migration across Council platforms
- Effectively manage and respond to data change requests in adherence to privacy and data quality policies.
- Effectively identify, collect, organise, and document data and information in ways that make the system most useful for subsequent assessment, analysis, and investigation.
- Use data and information in a clear and rational thought process to assess and understand issues, evaluate options, form accurate conclusions and make decisions.
- Adapts easily to changing business needs, conditions and work responsibilities. Adapts approaches, goals and methods to achieve successful solutions and result in dynamic situations.
- Produce and maintain technical documents, following the Council's document management process - Assist the ICT digital and support team as required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven strong technical background including SQL / Transact-SQL skills and experience with XML, JSON,.Net and web API methodologies - Highly developed data management skills including data migration, extraction, transformation and cleansing, quality assurance, governance principles and reporting within enterprise architecture.
- Experience working collaboratively in an agile environment with a multidisciplinary design and development team to identify and deliver solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, workshop facilitation, process documentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
Extra Skills: M 365 - SharePoint - Power Platform experience
