To make that vision a reality, we need a **Head of Government Affairs and Media** who can bring unparalleled strategic influence, expertise, and a trusted voice to the table.

As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Australia’s energy policy landscape and driving Tilt’s strategy. Reporting to the EGM Government & Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Tilt Renewables as an industry leader, deeply trusted by government, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and the media.

This role offers the rare opportunity to materially shape both Tilt Renewables’ path and Australia’s energy future. You’ll develop and execute a comprehensive policy and stakeholder engagement strategy that aligns with Tilt’s corporate goals, allowing us to navigate regulatory landscapes, mitigate risks, and identify new opportunities.

You’ll lead all advocacy and consultation efforts with stakeholders, leveraging your strong government and media network. Your voice will represent Tilt Renewables, ensuring our perspective is heard, understood, and embraced in the policy realm. This includes providing timely analysis of policy trends and regulatory changes for our Executive Team, CEO, and Board.
