Each and every year they train 100's of apprentices in their chosen trades and provide them opportunities to grow their careers. Each branch is run like a family and teams of service, parts and sales staff operate as a tight-knit team.

**Position**

Due to strong growth in the Branch, a Parts Interpreter position has become available. This role will join the growing Parts & Service team and will assist both the internal service team, as well as external clients.

Responsibilities will include:

- Representing both OEM & aftermarket truck & trailer parts brands
- Parts interpreting for retail clients and the workshop
- Using parts catalogues to provide customers with important parts information
- Pricing and quoting
- Stock control and management
- Managing expectations around delivery timeframes.

This is a branch based role in Yatala. The position will work a rotating roster including some Saturday and on-call work which will be paid at overtime penalty rates. Sorry, no WFH available.

Skills & Experience:

- Parts or spare parts industry experience
- 1+ years' experience
- May have a Cert III in Parts Sales (or have learnt your trade on the job)
- Great communication skills
- Strong written and verbal
- Experience using different parts software systems
- Team player
