About the role

Coolum Carbitz' is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team based in Coolum Beach, Queensland. This is a full-time role responsible for interpreting and processing customer orders for automotive spare parts. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner to keep their vehicles on the road.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpreting customer inquiries and orders for automotive spare parts
  • Researching and identifying the appropriate replacement parts for a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Processing orders and coordinating the procurement and delivery of parts to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical advice to customers
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying opportunities to improve parts management
  • Supporting the wider workshop team with parts information and availability

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components and compatibility across a wide range of makes and models
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide clear and helpful advice to customers
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to accurately identify the right parts
  • Proficient in using parts catalogues, databases and ordering systems
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
