What You Will Achieve

Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Support PCT Lead, this position is responsible for:

- Preparation of Quality Assurance Reports
- Utilizing lean methodologies to effect ongoing improvement of manufacturing processes
- Reviewing and investigating manufacturing issues and ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions have been put in place
- Monitoring the progress and effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions
- Other task and project work as required

Must Have:

- Tertiary qualification in a Science related discipline or equivalent
- Sound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Diligence in documentation of data and attention to detail
- High level technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and root cause analysis
- Ability to work independently, within a team environment and network across multiple departments
- A positive attitude, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills to consistently deliver results on time

Nice to Have
- Experience in a production/aseptic manufacturing environment (or similar industry)
- Green Belt qualification or significant evidence of Method 1/ Yellow belt project completion
