Our client is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join the team as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager. You will play a vital role in overseeing the food and beverage operations across multiple locations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability across multiple hotel locations
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring effective cost control measures are in place while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Collaborate with executive chefs and restaurant managers to create innovative menus and dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to maximise team potential.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products are obtained at competitive prices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, implementing best practices and maintaining a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food and beverage operations management within the hotel industry, ideally across multiple locations.
- Strong background in revenue and cost management, with a track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitability.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with guests, staff, and external partners.
- Innovative mindset with a creative approach to menu development and guest experiences.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed.
