**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Food & Beverage Manager**to oversee our food and beverage outlets and conference and events operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are achieved across the board. This is a newly created role that reflects our ongoing growth and the increasing demands of our expanding business.

**You’ll be responsible for managing**:

- 11 Conference and Event spaces, accommodating up to 280 guests
- dapl Restaurant, serving modern Australian cuisine
- Lobby Bar, an ideal spot for cocktails and appetizers
- Two Donkeys Café, offering casual meals and grab-and-go options
- In-Room Dining, delivering an exquisite menu right to our guests

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the management of Dapl Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Two Donkeys Café, In-Room Dining, and Conference and Event spaces.
- Ensure all outlets deliver exceptional service standards and comply with industry regulations, including health and safety.
- Drive departmental profitability by effectively managing procurement, inventory, and labour costs.
- Develop strategies to drive sales, maximise profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel food & beverage management environment.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality/Hotel Management (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organisation, excellent communication skills, and strong team management.
- Familiarity with hotel operating systems.
- Current RSA, RMLV and First Aid (including CPR) certifications.

**Sponsorship Opportunity**

This is a full-time, ongoing role (38 hours per week) based in Brisbane CBD.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
