**About the Role**

In this role, you will report to the Food and Beverage Manager. We are looking for a highly energetic Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team on a part-time basis. This role will have a strong focus on providing administrative support to the Food and Beverage / Culinary Management team.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Handle telephone inquiries following Hyatt International standards, providing information to callers and routing calls to the appropriate person, and making outgoing calls.
- Coordinate and ensure all menus are printed and readily available for all outlets and events, including special event menus.
- Manage and maintain booking system for all outlets, including assisting with month-end commission accruals for Finance.
- Distribute guest feedback to the F&B team and follow up on any issues raised, adding notes to the system promptly.
- Provide HACCP support admin, including creating checklists, completing weekly reporting, and setting meeting invitations for key committees.
- Hand over weekly BEOs to the Food & Beverage team and review reports with ADOS/Event Sales Executive, reporting on rostering requirements, linen, OSE needs, and theming to F&B Management Team.
- Act as the Guest Experience Champion for F&B and attending monthly Guest Experience Meetings
- Assist with the upkeep of the F&B noticeboard to ensure all relevant information is shared and up-to-date.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Management team in planning and coordinating upcoming promotions in food and beverage.
- Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments and within the Food and Beverage division.
- Handle all guest and internal customer feedback and inquiries courteously and efficiently, escalating issues for quick resolution

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience a hotel environment preferred
- High level of both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work to tight deadlines when required
