Partnerships are a driving force behind Asahi’s growth, and as our **Partnership & Events Lead** in Western Australia (WA), you’ll be at the forefront of bringing our brand to life through strategic sponsorships and unforgettable events. Working within the Growth & Strategy team, you’ll execute our national sponsorship and events strategy at a state level — delivering impactful activations that resonate with consumers and drive commercial value.

**Key responsibilities**

- Shape the WA sponsorship approach by identifying new opportunities and ensuring alignment with national brand and sales strategies.
- Own the planning, execution, and evaluation of sponsorships and events across the state.
- Lead the execution of national sponsorship agreements in WA, collaborating with brands, sales teams, and marketing.
- Work with agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure first-class event delivery and brand representation.
- Manage sponsorship budgets and ensure all activations drive maximum value.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to amplify sponsorship impact.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Tertiary qualification in business or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Sponsorship & Events or Marketing role.
- Proven experience in managing and leveraging sponsorships to achieve maximum value.
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills, and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and evaluate sponsorship performance.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Creative mindset, a hunger for innovation, and passion for looking for ways to solve brand problems.
