**What’s your purpose and impact?**

To partner with the Social Media & Content Production team to amplify and grow our existing and future social media platforms. This role will support the social media team by executing social media channel strategies and identifying channel trends and growth opportunities. We are looking for someone who shows initiative, collaborates well with the team, and continually brings new ideas to the table. You understand the relationship between content output and sales performance, consistently analysing key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

**What do you need to be able to do?**
- Work with our Social Media team to grow our global influencer program
- Identify new influencers that align with City Beach
- Monitor and track influencer performance
- Research and gain understanding of key audiences across each platform to help identify influencers specific to each channel to optimise performance and brand reach
- Contribute new creative influencer campaign ideas to maintain/grow traffic and engagement
- Product tagging on Foursixty
- Manage approval process for user generated content and publish online
- Attend events and assist in event execution
- Liaise with our buying team to coordinate product for our influencer gifting categories
- Love to create Tik Tok content and not scared to be in City Beach content? HUGE PLUS

**What qualifications / experiences do you need?**
- 1+ year experience within a fashion agency or proven equivalent
- Knowledge of social media trends and an understanding of social media metrics
