**Your Role**:

- Influencer engagement and management
- Forecasting upcoming talent and industry trends
- Coordinating PR send-outs and exploring collaboration opportunities
- Arranging PR initiatives and strategies
- Coordinate campaigns from planning to execution, including onboarding new partners, reviewing and supporting content creators, preparing briefs, negotiating rates, and scheduling deliverables with others
- Copywriting and editing
- Create highly engaging content to use across all social media channels
- Schedule and post regular engaging content
- Create and design marketing collateral and online marketing material using Adobe Suite
- Assisting in Social Media advertising implementation
- Correspondence with third-party agencies to deliver agreed objectives, measure and monitor results
- Keeping on top of the ever-changing social media landscape, news, and trends
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
- Building relationships with existing Australian stockists and reaching out to new brand partners
- Work closely with the eCommerce manager to ensure seamless fulfillment, logistics management, and website optimisation
- Creating weekly, monthly, and full campaign reports and supporting brand KPIs and campaign ROI

**About You**:

- Proven experience across social media channels, with exposure to creative, production, and insights
- Strong design skills across various Adobe Creative Cloud programs: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience in a similar role with a hands-on approach and demonstrate the ability to work independently taking initiative to ensure company expectations and deliverables are met
- Excellent knowledge of social media networks, and how to best leverage them
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects
- Solutions focused, with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong copywriting skills and a high level of creativity with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Great people skills and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work autonomously but also collaborate with the wider marketing team
- Good with words; an excellent communicator on all fronts

- Experience in performance tracking and analysis of marketing and social media campaigns to optimise results
- Prefer a small team that allows your talents to shine
- Tertiary education in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related discipline
