**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking an experienced **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our **Mulgrave **team. This role will suit someone who is happy to focus on accounts payable duties and provide support in other accounts activities when required. Training provided on inhouse systems and processes.
- **This is a full time permanent office-based role working the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri.**_

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- End to end accounts payable
- Processing and approval of invoices
- Data entry
- Credit card reconciliations
- Intercompany transactions
- At times cover reception desk at lunch
- A variety of other book keeping, accounting and support tasks as required

**CANDIDATE'S QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES**
- 2 years bookkeeping/& or accounts payable experience
- Previous experience in a team environment, collaborating with and supporting other members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be professional and driven with the ability to create and maintain positive relationships.
- Attention to detail along with excellent time management skills.
- Experience in using **Pronto** Software would be advantageous, but not essential as full training provided.
