The Role

You will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organisation, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing day-to-day administration functions.

A minimum of 5+ years of bookkeeping experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable and the general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and transactions.
  • Oversee and authorise purchasing.
  • Preparing payroll and supplier payments.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, industry-specific licensing and fleet vehicle registrations.
  • Oversee insurance policies for the business, WorkSafe & company assets.
  • Assist with overflow phone calls.

  • Proven track record in accounting or finance role.

  • Experience using Microsoft suite
  • Sound knowledge of MYOB AccountRight
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
