**Role Overview**

As a Marketing Specialist at TBN, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple platforms for one of our exciting brands. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful promotion of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop promotional materials and marketing collateral.
- Help coordinate events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity

**Skills & Experience**
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and staying on top of trends
