In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of defect identification, claims processing, and risk mitigation across the property portfolio. You will develop and implement policies that ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage claims in collaboration with contractors, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
