Head of Data Migration

As the Head of Data Migration within Consumer UNITE you will, lead and manage the comprehensive data migration efforts. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless transition of data with high integrity, accuracy, and usability, while minimizing business disruption. You will drive business readiness, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all data migration activities align with the strategic objectives of the organization and support the overall success of the UNITE program.

**What’s the role?**

This Head of Data Migration within Consumer UNITTE is a critical leadership role which is newly created to support the UNITE program. You will be a dedicated leader who will bring extensive experience with data migration, program management and people leadership. You will drive the strategic execution of complex data migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration while maintaining data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will minimize disruption, enhance operational efficiency, and safeguard customer trust.

**What do I need?**
- **Data Migration Execution**:Lead dry runs, reconciliations, defect management, and post-migration validation to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- **Risk & Compliance Management**:Identify, mitigate, and escalate migration risks while ensuring adherence to data governance frameworks.
- **Business Readiness**:Ensure systems, processes, and stakeholders are operationally prepared for consuming migrated data.
- **Data Governance & Handover**:Work with the Data Delivery and Management Team to transition quality-assured data seamlessly.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Maintain executive alignment, clear communication, and timely decision-making support across business units.
- **Program Leadership**:Oversee data migration activities within the UNITE program, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across all phases.
- **People Leadership**:Experience growing a newly created team from the ground up
