**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager who will be joining a cross functional team that works in the banking and financial sector. New challenges will lurk around every corner and you’ll be in the company of a highly skilled team. This role is responsible for communicating, problem solving, providing support and engaging with clients for ongoing service management, and governance of CoreLogic products & services

Job Qualifications:

- Excellent ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical people
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional skills in partnering with clients/ staff and in developing and maintaining long term supportive relationships
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, and recommend improvements
- Assist with the delivery of solutions end to end and ensuring customer outcomes are delivered
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing, collaborative team member.
- Experience in driving agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog grooming across multiple projects
- 5+ years of similar business analysis experience Preferred
- 5 years professional work experience in Banking, Finance, Valuation and / or Real Estate industry and knowledge preferable
- Proven experience in delivering high quality customer service and focus on positive customer outcomes
