**Role Overview**:
Join UnitingSA's Aged Care team as the Client Engagement Consultant. The position will be pivotal in maximising leads to support a growth strategy for Community Aged Care. The Client Engagement Consultant will ensure that potential clients and external stakeholders have every opportunity to enhance their understanding of UnitingSA’s Aged Care service offerings, including Residential Aged Care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maximise opportunities in every lead to support growth in UnitingSA’s Community Aged Care.
- Strong understanding of HCP and CHSP guidelines.
- Provide responsive and exceptional customer service.
- Communicate comprehensive knowledge of available supports and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Create pathways to future lead generation to support a growth strategy.
- Respond promptly to all service enquiries.
- Offer efficient, frictionless and personalised service.
- Liaise with referrers in acute and sub-acute settings to help maintain a strong referral network of discharge planners.
**Skills & Experience**:
- A recognised qualification in sales or business administration, or successful performance related discipline and/or equivalent experience in a similar role (essential)
- Current SA Driver’s licence (essential)
- Excellent customer service skills and strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Attention to detail with strong administration skills.
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of knowledge of the My Aged Care assessment process.
- Ability to interpret Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessments.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and convert leads into sales
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to delivering great client experiences, focused on meeting the needs of the client.
