We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. You’ll predominantly be supporting our operations teams across Sydney and Melbourne with a focus on ER. This role will be a blend of working from home, visiting our hubs when required, and working from our very trendy Surry Hills office.

You’ll work on a broad range of activities, from ER management, process improvement, organisation design and talent management.

**What you'll do**
- Support our MILKRUN Operations leaders and team members with anything related to HR, People, and Culture.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, policies, and governance.
- Work with the People Operations team to maintain employee contracts, MILKRUN’s HRIS, and run reports on people data.
- Dream up, build, and manage innovative, data-driven, and efficient People processes and programs. Programs such as performance frameworks, competency development, and employee engagement.
- Support leaders in all things people management to build high-performing teams that make magic for customers.
- Align and prioritise People programs and initiatives based on company goals.
- Be a culture champion by embodying MILKRUN values.

**Who you are**
- You have 3+ years experience working in an HR generalist position with a strong focus on ER, preferably in a high-growth business. You’ve supported teams with a mix of full-time, part-time, and casual employees.
- Multi-site experience would be great and if you have General Retail Industry Award experience, even better.
- You’ve got solid HR foundations supporting the employee lifecycle from end to end operationally. This includes employee relations and governance, knowledge of employment policy, and legislation across Australia
- You prioritise people programs based on the company goals and objectives. Being commercially minded, you understand how the People team directly impacts the success of the broader company.
- Open feedback, good communication, and bias for action are a must
- We are a startup which means we don't have it all figured out yet. You're okay with ambiguity and can adapt quickly when needed.
