**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality service.
- Maintain professionalism with clients, lenders, and colleagues, and keep partners updated.

- Input data accurately into CRM systems, track loan contracts, and meet required KPIs.
