**About the role at Tesla**

The Sales Operations Intern will support the Sales Operations team in AUNZ, which is focused on driving sales and delivery growth through strategic initiatives, best practices, standardisation and optimisation. You will play a key role in streamlining internal and external communications, collaborating with relevant teams and stakeholders to address growth challenges, and partnering with the team on projects that is beneficial to our customers and field teams across the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
