**SoYa Hotel is one of the best reviewed hotel in all of Melbourne priding itself on SERVICE. Located in the heart of South Yarra, SoYa is on a mission to find a Property Manager to lead the the team and continue the business' strong growth and brand recognition. The business owners have 3 Hotels and are very involved at a director level of each. The Property Manager will be working closely with the owners and leading the team at a daily operational level.**

SoYa Apartment Hotel is looking for someone who has the ability to lead a team - maintaining service and cultural standards already in place while showcasing natural business acumen and ability to hit KPI's.

What do you do?
- Maintain highest level of Service across each area of the business
- Actively manage reservations and leads to ensure KPIs are met
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations
- Report Weekly and Monthly on KPIs
