Operating as part of the wider Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) group, Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) has an exciting portfolio consisting of 14 hotel and club venues located across greater Melbourne.

The PLG Marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a **fixed-term part-time **Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This role will assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing team with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support the PLG portfolio. This role will also assist with the day-to-day operations to help ensure all marketing activations and campaigns are delivered in a professional and timely manner.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- The execution of general marketing duties including distribution of marketing files relevant to current and upcoming activations
- Attending and contributing to marketing discussions and work in progress meetings (WIPS)
- Updating monthly member store credits and maintaining balances throughout month
- Updating content on systems including IGT, RedeemX, MeldCX screens
- Utilising IGT system knowledge to help with general membership enquires
- Data verification - assisting Marketing manager with ensure member data is all correct and up to date and assisting with sense checking data extractions
- Assisting with the processing of all marketing invoices in e5
- Contributing and challenging the team from a hospitality perspective; bringing a logical and realistic campaign mindset to the role.
- Bringing in additional venue Gaming and Food & Beverage knowledge to the team

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Food and Beverage and hospitality knowledge or experience (essential)
- Gaming Industry knowledge (essential)
- High level of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of IGT and e5 system (desired)
- Self-motivated
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in team and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed presentation and report-writing skills
