We are seeking an experienced
**Service Agreement Advisor** to join our National Product Support Team to support our Materials Handling and Access Equipment Divisions.

This exciting role is responsible for providing post sale service agreement communication and support.

It is a fast-paced and dynamic role with plenty of opportunity to grow and develop in our growing business

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Accountable for conversion of equipment sales into secured service agreements.
- Perform daily review of sold equipment to maximise the service offering to our customers.
- Provide warranty documentation as part of the hand over process.
- Ensure a successful customer experience and appropriate delivery of the service agreement

**About You**:
You enjoy working in a fast-paced role juggling multiple priorities at once. You have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build strong relationships as well as handle the difficult conversations. To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

- You love picking up the phone to talk with people and build relationships
- Previous experience in outbound sales
- Strong attention to detail whilst working at a fast pace in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work within a team environment working towards common targets
- Ability to prioritise and confident to make decisions
- Top administrative skills including proficiencies in MS Suite.
- High level of professional / technical communication skills, Written and Verbal
