**The Role**:
As the People Advisor, you'll help lead the way in how a purposed organisation can innovate, change, maintain and improve our public spaces and essential services. Reporting directly to the People Services & Experience Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice.

In addition to this, you will:

- Provide advice and support on a wide range of functions, including performance management; remuneration and benefits; ER/IR; HSW; recruitment; and workforce planning
- Add value as an astute business partner, providing leaders with insights and recommendations on how they can achieve their people plans
- Think outside the square in providing recommendations and solutions to business problems as they relate to HR
- Provide exceptional service and effective partnership to business leaders
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice
