**About the role**

We are now in search of a People & Culture Advisor to aid in providing accurate and timely HR/P&C advice, support, and consultancy services to managers and employees in the delivery of organisational strategic objectives.

In this role, you will consult and work with multiple stakeholders so your ability to build strong relationships and earn trust will be invaluable. You are a strategic, creative, go-to problem-solver and you thrive on delivering results.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager - People and Culture, you will work in a full-time capacity in our head office in Dingley. Hybrid working with the potential to work from home 1 to 2 days per week will be considered.

**About you**:

- Human Resources/P&C experiences as a generalist
- Strong internal communications skills for marketing and communications of people-related matters
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Competent and confident in the implementation and use of new technologies.
- Capable interpersonal consultation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, internal and external stakeholders and staff

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of administrative support to the Executive General Manager People & Culture, Talent Acquisition Manager and other leaders on matters surrounding sourcing, onboarding and exiting employees as required
- Coordinate areas specific to administration of Contracts/Offers, onboarding, employee programs focused on attraction and retention including wellbeing
- Be the first point of contact for Employee Relations & Safety related issues
- Provide Project Management support on HR specific areas involving technology such as HRIS & ATS
- Work collaboratively in the function to support the build and communication of EVPs
- Communicate change, process, policy and other people related matters to the Head Office employees as well as external/regional clinical staff as required
- Be the key point of contact on any employee or contractor queries in relation to pay, leave and employment conditions
- Play an active role in coordinating and supporting processes and working with the Talent Acquisition Manager and other hiring managers to attract and retain employees
- Improve and develop HR processes for organisational success
