Our client is seeking a motivated and autonomous Marketing Coordinator to execute their marketing strategy. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for all areas of marketing including communications, social media, brand management and marketing campaigns. You will be provided with the opportunity to make the role your own and help drive business growth.

This role will deliver a fantastic opportunity to work with a passionate and skilled group of finance professionals in a business focused on delivering superior service and outcomes for their clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and controlling the Collective Financial Partners brand guidelines and templates to champion brand compliance, across all digital and print marketing collateral, including end-to-end campaigns for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify brand opportunities and ensure our communication and marketing activities are delivered to the right audience and aligned with Collective Financial Partners brand and strategic priorities.
- Development, planning and delivery of all integrated brand strategies, marketing campaigns and activities for brand awareness, call to action and new business opportunities across service offerings in line with company standards.
- Manage, coordinate, and assist in implementing the annual marketing and events calendar to coordinate marketing activities in line with Collective Financial Partners marketing campaigns
- Creating and maintaining highly engaging content for Collective Financial Partners social media platforms, website, printed materials, presentations, and e-newsletters for various audiences
- Creating, maintaining, and updating web pages on our corporate website and internal intranet
- Reporting on performance and campaign effectiveness in line with marketing plans and budgets

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in brand management and implementing corporate brand guidelines and template
- Experience in developing and executing campaigns across a range of digital, print, social and other medium
- Experience working with contemporary CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
- Solid understanding of marketing principles including digital, social media and marketing automation
- Experience working with digital and web-based content management systems such as WordPress
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing priorities, remain focused and calm while delivering creative outputs
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Effective planning and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal and communication skills
- Display a positive can-do attitude and welcome any challenge that presents itself
