Wonder Years Early Learning Centre is family owned and operating business looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join our growing team.

**About the Role**:

- Deliver an innovative and high-quality early childhood program for children that reflects current theory, practice and the values and philosophies of Wonder Years Early Learning Centre
- Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of children attending education and care services.
- Mentoring, coaching or supporting educators.
- Improve the educational and developmental outcomes for children attending education and care services.
- Promote continuous improvement in the provision of quality education and care services
- Improve public knowledge, and access to information, about the quality of education and care services
- To embrace and implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and ensure that the service maintains operating standards as outlined in the National Quality Standards.
- Monitor and document children’s development and progress through a diverse range of methods that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Be a strong leader and lead by example.
- Be a positive communicator.
- Be passionate about children and willing to join our dynamic and engaging team.
- Have a Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching (preferred), Diploma or Certificate III.
