Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.- The Opportunity- We’re building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025- Reporting to a National Business Manager, this **National Account Manager - On-Premise** role offers something unique and career defining. Joining in our build phase, you will play a key role in establishing work processes as well as building collaborative relationships with your On-Premise based customers to enable the delivery of the Suntory Oceania strategy, including category, marketing and executional excellence and deliver sales performance with trade spend.**_Key responsibilities include:

- Liaise with key customers to deliver mutual growth in accordance to agreed Joint Business Plans through:

- Customer and consumer centricity
- Deliverables and Price realisation initiatives
- Build and execute promotional and activation programs that optimise Suntory Oceania business objectives
- Work closely with National Business Manager & Finance to manage the P&L
- Develop strong internal, cross-functional relationships to deliver:

- Voice of Customer internally
- Performance rigor to forecast, report and deliver key supply and commercial metrics
- Best practice and action orientated Initiative ROI Reviews, including course correction initiatives and opportunities to grow where required
- Process compliance, including price realisation execution and claims optimisation
