We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our passionate team.

This office based position offers a varied, interesting and satisfying work day providing support to our existing customers along with the opportunity to expand our customer base. Being a part of a small team, you will need to be able to work with others in a supportive environment and have a safety-first approach to everyday.

**About the position**:
The prime responsibility of this key role is to provide outstanding customer service to a niche group of predominantly industrial customers. Maybe you have been on the tools and now want to turn your hand at an organisational role and have the enthusiasm and drive to make this role your own.

**You will**:

- Liaise directly with customers regarding orders
- Offer & suggest solutions to assist customers with meeting their needs
- Create customer quotes with follow up to convert to sales
- Liaise with production staff to provide updated order status information to customers
- Seek out and follow up on new potential sales leads within the industry.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Previous experience in the Electrical/Manufacturing industry
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous Experience in Business to Business Sales

Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities of ongoing workload
- Effective communication skills enabling liaison with a wide range of people to build rapport with customers
- The ability to identify and grow new business opportunities
- Advanced computer skills and abilities, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A stable work history
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Right to work in Australia
