**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a **Customer Service Support Specialist**, you will be part of our centralised Customer Service team based at **Tomago 2322**. You will be a key member of our positive, successful team.

Your day will be varied and challenging and will require you to demonstrate your commitment to quality customer service, sound interpersonal and communication skills and a positive approach to problem solving.

To solve the big challenges and build a better tomorrow, we need a workforce that is diverse and inclusive of all people and perspectives. This position will suit someone with demonstrated experience **building relationships** with both **internal and external** customers along with the following:

- Demonstrated experience working within the **Electrical Manufacturing** sector supporting the mining and mineral processing, utilities, or heavy industrial industries
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a Sales or Customer based role
- Experience with ERP systems (**Syteline** desirable)
- Cert IV in Project Management (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ** Intermediate **level experience with Microsoft Office suite
