**The Company**
Well established international finance company who leads the market share for their sector in Australia requires a finance administrator to assist client services in managing a portfolio of clients in allocating daily payments, reconciling them in the system and investigating discrepancies.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Manager of Operations Support you will deliver outstanding customer service to clients, debtors and internal customers. You will be responsible for managing allocations, banking transactions, ledger reconciliations and relieving the front desk reception when they are on lunch break.
Key responsibilities:
- Data processing and reconciliation of client invoices in a timely manner
- Management of daily cash allocations and journal completion within agreed time frames
- Managing client feedback and handling complaints when required
- identifying and raising concerns around payments where necessary
**Essential Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance, or Finance.
- Ideally you are a graduate with up to 6 months work experience within financial services or accounts.
- Articulate and well presented, to be able to step in for reception duties when required.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills - especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
