**The Role**

This role is accountable for leading development of the Consumer Insurance (CI) strategy.

**What you’ll do**
- Define and lead the development of the CI strategy, working with the Chief Executive and LT to ensure it is differentiated, coherent, clearly sequenced and meets Enterprise expectations.
- Drive clear strategy development rhythms across CI and bring insight and thought stimulus from outside the organisation to challenge thinking.
- End-to-end accountability for quality materials for Board and ELT, particularly for the May and November Board meetings.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and understand / influence the full range of strategy work that has a bearing on CI.
- Ensure there are clear milestones for execution of the strategy, and where trade-offs or decisions are required, ensure the strategic consequences are understood.

**What you’ll bring**
- Extensive experience in strategy
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles
- Consulting experience at top tier firm
- Insurance experience preferred
