
Executive and Support Office Recruitment Specialist

The** Executive and Support Office Recruitment Specialist** will report to the Chief People Officer with dotted line to the Recruitment and Talent Director. This role will manage the entire attraction, selection and onboarding process for executive (ELT-1) and support office roles as well as support the talent and succession agenda through proactive talent pipelining for critical roles.
**Role Focus areas**:
- Manage the end-to-end selection process for all Support Office (SO) including ELT-1 roles with mínimal agency consultation to ensure that VetPartners selects the right talent to deliver on its strategy and for future succession. This will involve:
ØBuild principles for executive selection and onboarding
ØDevelop sourcing strategies for open roles, whether internal or external,
ØManage agency/search firm relationships and end-to-end delivery within VetPartners or with our US parent company
ØShare expertise at every stage of the selection process, to ensure leaders are making well-informed hiring decisions.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand team culture, capability expectations, functions and strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain knowledge of the relevant internal talent within SO and clinics
- Work closely with recruiters, HRBPs, Mobility and Recruitment and Talent Director to build an understanding of the domestic talent market, contribute to internal talent mobility and contribute to frameworks for executive recruitment, assessment and onboarding.
- Contribute to overall talent and succession strategy by helping to address known succession gaps for senior and/or critical positions
- Conduct proactive talent mapping and networking for SO positions - identify and engage talent using a variety of channels for selection and succession.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for senior hires including but not limited to coordination of checks and compliance requirements
- Build long-term relationships and a positive name for VP in the market
- Build strong reporting that drives outcomes and reflects organisational capability.
