**As Warrigal’s Recruitment Officer you will**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to; job briefs, creating advertisements, selection of advertising channels, short-listing, scheduling and facilitating phone and face to face interviews, reference checks, immigration checks, coordinating inductions, collection of mandatory compliance documentation and initiate contract offers.
- Assist in developing creative recruitment campaigns across social media platforms which support both attraction and brand awareness.
- Proactively source applicants using existing and contemporary tools.
- Maintain the integrity of the recruitment process and other internal systems and have a high attention to detail.
- Work within the Microsoft Office suit with proficiency
