AGA designs its training and education programs to create genuine outcomes which result in quality, ongoing employment for students. AGA employs many of these apprentices and trainees and assumes the primary duty of care as the legal employer and ensures they are supported and mentored throughout their employment.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities inclue but are not limited to**:

- Work in collaboration with the Recruitment team to fill vacancies
- Upload new vacancies onto relevant online job portals (e.g. JobAdder, SEEK, Indeed etc.)
- Review resumes/Cover Letters and assess suitability/eligibility

**Key selection criteria**:

- Experience in a recruitment role
- Cert IV or Diploma of Human Resource Management (desirable)
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Australian Apprenticeships system and VOC-ED working environments
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. A current Working with Children and National Police Checks are required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant._
