We have 5 Salons between Melbourne & Sydney and around 40 staff.

**GM Role**

The role has been done very well over the past 4 years and everything is documented, processes to follow, solutions to problems written down, staff training in place so not dealing with staff who don’t know what they are doing as well as training in every area and professional assistance on call for any tricky stuff such as employment law & payroll stuff. We have a membership to a team of experts in the Hair and Beauty Award who we can call any time. So it is easy to keep running, easy to keep targets being me and statistics going up, so the focus can be on expansion, new locations (which increases your profit bonus) and keeps it fun.

You would not necessarily need to know the brow and lash industry specifically.

**Offered Salary and Compensation:Annual salary**: $60,000 during apprenticeship which will last 8-12 weeks. Then $80,000 - $90,000 when you have taken over the role in full plus Toll tag and Fuel Allowance.

When targets on programs and production targets are being achieved, good pay rises available to $100,000+

**Bonus & Profit Share**

Profit Share paid out weekly when you have taken over the role.

Profit share weekly would be $0 to $300+ currently averages between $100-$150

**Location**:Melbourne (office in Camberwell).

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday with an afternoon off once per week so technically working 4.5 days but getting paid for 5. Current GM does 8am to 4pm. Latest you could start is 9:30am which is the time of our morning meeting.

**Your Goal as a GM**:

- Helping create the visions and dreams for the company
- Ensure the salons are always under control, profitable & expanding
- Help the staff in any way possible to improve and do better in life or at work
- Expand and grow the company, including opening more salons
- Raise the statistics of the salons

**GM Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage an exec team of 8-10 staff
- Drive production to meet targets
- Carry out effective conditions and plans to expand and improve the business
- Run management meetings every morning
- Oversee that rosters are under control
- Do the HR division to ensure the right people are being hired for the business
- Performance Management of the staff
- Oversee the marketing area
- Ensure the salons are on policy
- Opening more salons to create the future in coordination with Founder
- Always thinking with how to increase profits and minimise expenses
- Payroll using Xero - getting it ready. Accounts pays it out
- Handling general flaps where needed
- Coming up with solutions or more effective processes or ways to do things
- Coordinating with the founder on the future targets to set
