**About the Role**
As the Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for the ensuring all aspects of the Hyatt entity accounting are prepared accurately on a timely basis. Working in a team of 5, you will support the Director of Finance in ensuring the day to day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.
The varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional Accounting career within an international company; either in Australia or oversea.
**Some of the responsibilities include**:
- Assist in distributing invoices to the appropriate approver within the document system
- Liaising with supplier to resolve any queries
- Being familiar with all aspects of the accounting sub-departments and assist as required
- Assist in the completion of the Hotel’s BAS report
- Assist in the review/reconciliation of the hotel’s balance sheet
- Ensure all General Ledger reconciliation’s are correct with supporting documentation as required and following up all outstanding items.

- Minimum qualification required is Bachelor of Commerce / Accounting
- Previous work experience in a similar position will be of advantage
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management skills to achieve set deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- A thorough understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
