**The role**
For nearly three decades we have helped Australian and New Zealand businesses succeed with our unrivaled HR and Safety support and expertise. Now, FCB (incorporating HR Assured and enableHR) have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing and Business Development Team comprising more than 20 marketing and sales professionals.
The newly created Marketing Coordinator position will gain exposure to all elements of the marketing mix and play a pivotal role in helping the business attract, engage and retain clients. Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager and Marketing Advisor in a rapidly growing Marketing function, this role will suit an up and coming professional with a passion for team work.
**Your responsibilities will include **(but not limited to)
- Assist with executing the Calendar of Communication and Calendar of Events
- Assist with Electronic Direct Mail management across multiple brands and audience groups
- Participate in the coordination and execution of online webinars and face to face events
- Assist with creating and updating web content
- Assist with posting and scheduling social media content
- Provide support to our Marketing Advisor, Content Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing & Sales with reporting and various ad hoc projects
- Provide administrative support to members of the wider marketing & sales team
- Learn from our Marketing Advisor to develop skills in CRM management
- Prepare basic reporting requests in Salesforce
**Skills & experience**
- Ideally a Degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce
- 6 to 12 months relevant experience in a corporate environment
- Experience using platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Mailchimp, ZOOM, Wordpress & Hootsuite desirable
- Polished and professional communication skills and personal presentation
- High energy and capacity for large workloads that are deadline driven
- Friendly and approachable personality with a willingness to assist at all levels
- Enthusiasm and drive to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment
