**About the role**

We’re on the hunt for a Change Manager who’s passionate about people, process, and purpose. If you love working with stakeholders, driving adoption, and making change stick - this one’s for you

Day to day, you'll:

- Lead change delivery across strategic, continuous improvement and BAU projects.
- Provide change reporting support to the ART Life Change Board and Strategic Change Board.
- Work closely with enterprise teams to embed change (think ART Life Wire).
- Develop change plans, comms, training, and workshops.
- Build strong relationships to support adoption and reduce change fatigue.

**About you**

You’re experienced in change and ready to hit the ground running. Maybe you’re a seasoned Change Manager or a Change Analyst ready to step up. Either way, you’ve got a hands-on attitude and a knack for writing about change in a way that makes sense to everyone.
- Experience in change delivery (not enterprise-level projects - this one’s more focused and hands-on).
- Strong writing skills and the ability to craft clear, engaging change comms.
- A solid grasp of change methodology, strategy, planning and reporting.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Formal change management training (like ADKAR, Prosci etc.).
- We’re not too fussed about your industry background - but if you’ve worked in financial services, that’s a bonus.
