**Responsibilities**:
**About Designer Planning**:
Designer Planning is a modern building design company which focuses on providing professional and cost effective plans for home owners and builders across SEQLD. We have built a reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction over the last 9 years and have gently grown our team and offerings year on year.

**The core duties**:
In this varied role you will work across two different arms of the business, one is focussed on building design and the other is residential construction.

**On the design side you will**:

- Assist clients with the design journey by taking inbound design enquiries and asking project specific questions
- Send accurate proposals via online software
- Follow up with quotes to ensure clients have the right information to make an informed decision
- Liaise with our design team to confirm availability and project specifics
- Update our CRM and ensure accurate data input
- Speak with existing and new builders about our design services and processes
- Assist with reporting tasks where required

**On the construction side you will**:

- Take inbound construction enquiries and ask specific questions
- Provide information regarding the design and construct process
- Create referrals between design and construct services
- Support the Director with associated administrative and project management tasks

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Service is our number one focus, you will need to have energy on the phone to take enquiries and excite our customers about our design and / or construction related services
- Administration experience with exposure to sales and client follow
- A knack for a consistent and creative follow up process to secure business
- An ability to update and navigate two separate CRM’s
- A background in understanding the construction, town planning or building approvals process is advantageous yet not essential, especially if you are willing to learn and pursue a career in these fields.
