**About The Role**:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our valued customers and our technical team. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and managing enquiries, both in person and over the phone
- Converting enquiries into bookings and managing daily workshop schedules
- Recording vehicle information and referencing service history
- Liaising with customers throughout the service process, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Issuing invoices and processing payments
- Following up with customers, promoting repeat business and upselling services where appropriate
- Maintaining a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident, professional, and a natural communicator
- Experienced in customer service (sales experience is a plus)
- Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Tech-savvy with strong computer and data entry skills
- Familiar with the automotive industry (desirable, but not essential)
- Keen to grow and learn more about the automotive world
