**About The Company**:
Our client has been established for over 29 years and is one of Queensland's largest independent service centres exclusively for European vehicles. They pride themselves on the boutique nature of their business along with their high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

**About The Role**:
Reporting to **the Manager,** some of your responsibilities will include:

- Receive customer enquiries and convert them into bookings
- Record all vehicle information and reference previous service histories
- Effectively follow up and prospect customers and upsell services
- Secure repeat business and keep in contact with previous customers
- Invoice customers and liaise with them throughout the process
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

**About You**:

- Previous customer service experience with strong sales skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Experience or knowledge of the automotive industry (desirable)
