As our **Innovation Specialist**, you’ll fuel the next wave of growth by turning ideas into impact, helping deliver a commercially meaningful pipeline of innovation projects. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead and support projects from concept to commercialisation.

In this role, you’ll be part of a high-energy, future-focused team that thrives on challenging convention. You’ll help unlock opportunities, embed strong ways of working and make bold ideas a commercial reality. Your work will directly contribute to launching meaningful innovations that connect with consumers, create business value and set new benchmarks in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage selected innovation and renovation projects from ideation to launch
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Coordinate project progression through internal systems such as Stage-Gate and Gensight, maintaining timelines and budget integrity
- Support the development of business cases and lead post-launch tracking to generate insights and improvements
- Contribute to innovation processes and tools that foster agility, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
- Encourage a team culture where experimentation is welcomed and key learnings are shared
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and communications to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

**About You**:
Key capabilities for success in this role include:

- 1-2 years of experience in Innovation, Brand, or Commercial roles within FMCG, alcohol or a related industry
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders and track progress across multiple workstreams
- Sound understanding of the innovation process and interest in bringing ideas to life from concept to commercialisation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across functions
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and emerging opportunities
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively and isn’t afraid to step outside their comfort zone.
