And you’ll be part of our high performing team, where you reap the rewards of our collective success now and into the future. **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a Private Label Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support defined categories in all aspects of administration of product sourcing, product pricing, new supplier onboarding, product development and launch, to become proficient with processes, systems & ways of working. **In this Role** - Create and manage contracts through Salesforce. - Develop and maintain trading schedules for existing products; coordinate with teams to ensure timely price changes (ELCM, import tools). - Monitor pricing progress and address potential delays affecting profitability. - Manage new supplier setup, including vendor code. - Support PLM in supplier relationship management, focusing on profitability and supplier engagement. - Contribute to project meetings and Smartsheet tasks and support wholesale sales and profitability targets. - Create and maintain a database of potential new suppliers by category. - Communicate product briefs to suppliers and internal teams, resolving issues. - Collaborate on market-driven improvements and innovations. - Build strong supplier relationships for effective collaboration. - Maintain the supplier directory. **You’re Likely a Match If** - Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar in an FMCG environment. - Strong attention to detail. - Customer-focused and collaborative, adapt at working with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Commercial acumen with understanding of Category Management success drivers. - Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation. - Skilled in planning and organising tasks to ensure timely completion. - Customer-focused and collaborative approach. **Life at Metcash** Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
