**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This highly successful and nationally leading Architectural studio has their Sydney office located in the center of Sydney's 2000 CBD and works across a multidisciplinary portfolio of projects, all centered around bespoke and very high quality design. They are at the forefront of the industry in terms of workplace flexibility, workplace culture, software/process/technology and high quality design.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

The Bid Coordinator is primarily responsible for the planning, management and production of new business submissions, capability documents, bid documents and tender submissions and helping to support strategic business development initiatives. You will have the ability to work closely across many different areas of the team and you will be both creative and detail orientated.

**DUTIES.**
- Submissions and project collateral from inception to delivery
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Interpret Client briefs and understand best content inclusion
- Coordinate the production of bids including printing, binding and delivery
- Assist in a variety of marketing projects and strategies

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field
- At least 2-6 years of experience in a graphic design, Bid coordination, marketing or communications role
- Technical and software skills with experience using In-Design (Advanced), Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft suite
