Melbourne, Australia CAR Group Full time

**Company Description** Are you ready to be a big part of something big?**

CAR Group has been driving innovation and growth since the 1990s. Collectively, our world leading marketplaces bring together deep expertise powered by the best people, data, and technology across Oceania, Asia and The Americas.

We deliver world leading technology and advertising solutions designed to make buying and selling a great experience and are the parent company of wholly owned digital marketplaces in Australia (carsales), South Korea (Encar), the United States (Trader Interactive) and Chile (chileautos), in addition to being a majority shareholder of webmotors in Brazil.

With a vision to be the global leader in online vehicle marketplaces. We transform how people buy and sell across the globe. We discover new ideas and make them happen. We continue to grow, and we continue to evolve - and we aren’t afraid to make big bets.

When it comes to your career, we want to provide big opportunities to help you make a big impact. But for this to be possible, we strive to feel small. Small enough to quickly change tack, small enough to learn from different departments and small enough to connect authentically with leadership.

And one of the best parts? We give you the autonomy to choose the working location that best suits your lifestyle - Office, Hybrid or Anywhere.

This is your opportunity to be part of the CAR Group **NetSuite team** that will be delivering an ongoing roadmap of work in NetSuite as part of the wider corporate systems team. The NetSuite Technical Analyst is accountable for the translation and mapping of business objectives and functional requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.

**What’s on offer**
- The opportunity to work in a global role and make real, significant impact across all our international marketplaces.
- A place where you can move your career forward and where you’ll be continuously backed to make new ideas happen.
- The support of a highly engaged, high-performing team.
- A wide range of benefits such as 24 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers, four weeks paid secondary caregivers leave, and six weeks paid gender affirming care leave.
- _ We’re proud to be recognised as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work®, a Family Friendly Workplace, a WORK180 endorsed employer for women and WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality._

**Job Description** What you’ll do**
As a Netsuite Technical Analyst, you will design, develop, test, implement and document solutions that will drive different business processes and solutions to achieve company goals. You will work with a variety of internal business stakeholders, communicating with a clarity and thoughtfulness that will enable a clear understanding of solutions. You will collaborate with other cross functional teams to analyze business needs, and work with leadership to deliver secure, scalable and reliable solutions.
- Integrate software components into fully functional software system.
- Collaborate with management, Product Managers and Finance business customers to scope work and produce estimates.
- Develop and support solutions that meet business needs and resolve issues by recommending modifications to business processes.

**Qualifications** What we are looking for?**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and how they are supported in NetSuite.
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise to write and review SuiteScripts (2.x) from scratch. Extensive understanding of SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk and SuiteBuilder.
- Good understanding and hands on experience on the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript, Node.js, SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON technologies.
- Experience with SOAP and REST API’s development related to NetSuite.
- Additional experience with iPaaS (e.g. Integrator.IO), Oracle EPM, CI/CD Git or RabbitMQ.

**Additional Information** A few other things we want to let you know about...**
- We know how important keeping that balance between work/life is and have a range of flexible working options on offer, including part time work. We are open to this conversation during our recruitment process - if you want to know more just ask.
- We are a proud Circle Back Initiative Employer which means we are committed to responding to every job applicant.

**So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big**.
