Our Govt client is seeking for a Project Officer to join their team within the Transforming Program Administration for Schools and Universities Division.

As an integral part, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and delivery of pertinent project, governance, and assurance reports.
- Undertake administrative support tasks, including secretariat duties, brief and paper development, procurement, recruitment, contract management, and project and financial reporting.

**Desired Skills and Capabilities**:

- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, managing deadlines amidst competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an effective communication aptitude.
- Proficiency in crafting detailed reports using various reference materials.
- Autonomy in decision-making and handling work of moderate complexity with limited supervision.
- Analytical mindset, adept at identifying and contributing to issue resolution.
